I work as a bank teller. I thought it would be my own form of entertainment to pretend that I’m married at work, so I got a stainless steel wedding band (which will never tarnish and is cheaper than sterling silver, so it’s a winner in my book). I kind of get a bit annoyed when customers ask if I’m dating or married, as I’ve always been single, I’m in my mid-20s, and I feel like I’m in this weird time of everyone around me being married/engaged (notably, my sister). So anyway. Whenever a customer asks about my rings, I’ll have fun with it and make up stories of who my “husband” is.
I’m weird. And lame.
